Lance Bullard is the division head for the Roadside Safety and Physical Security Division at the Texas A&M Transportation Institute and a research engineer. He received both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in civil engineering from Texas A&M University He has been employed with TTI since 1983 in various roles designing, developing, improving, analyzing, and performing full-scale crash tests on highway safety devices for both the U.S. and international markets.
