Vocational Curricula

Texas A&M's land-grant mission has always provided educational opportunities for people from all walks of life for all walks of life. And the A&M System's RELLIS Campus Academic Alliance with Blinn College will continue that pursuit, providing vocational training across a broad spectrum of career pathways.

 

Jay Anderson is the Blinn College District’s Dean of Technical and Community Education. He joined Blinn in 2017 after  serving as Director for the Center of Applied Technology & Training at Baker College in Cadillac, Mich. He previously served as the Process Technology Program Director and Department Head for the Department of Applied Technology & Innovation at River Parishes Community College. Anderson also has experience as a manufacturing systems coordinator, quality assurance engineer, quality technician and flexible machining cell operator, prevention/training specialist, and a training and development job coach.
