Joe Williams

Joe Williams serves as a volunteer at the George H.W. Bush Presidential Library on the campus of Texas A&M University. For more than 15 years, from 1983 to 1999, Williams worked in the Facilities Planning Division of the Texas A&M University System. Williams earned his undergraduate degree in architecture from the University of Florida and worked along the Atlantic Coast as an architectural professional until taking a job with the firm Lockwood, Andrews and Newman in Houston in 1977. There, he worked on several football stadium renovation projects, including the University of Oklahoma's Memorial Stadium and Texas A&M's Kyle Field.
